The lower jaw will become softer & swell up when this disease affects bearded dragons. Your dragon may also develop lumps & bumps along his legs back & tail. If you don’t give your beardie treatment for this disease he will eventually die. Egg Binding

Various illnesses improper diet obesity & malformed eggs can all cause egg binding in bearded dragons. Egg bound dragons need help from a veterinarian as soon as possible since this condition is life-threatening. If drugs to induce egg laying don’t correct the problem your dragon will need to undergo surgery.
